Similar things are happening with the Hualaipai and its business practices, and with other tribal enterprises across the country, especially gaming.
It seems that wealth and power have a similar influence on all kinds of people. There are takers, givers and those in between. Without meaningful law, there's not much anyone can do but resort to more traditional recourse.
No shame, no brotherly love, no deep seated bond. Surprise!
