Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe is dangerous dancing with the devils Jerome L. Levine et al…Holland & Knight do not give a shit about you or your people…

Moral responsibility dictates warning…. Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe is dangerous dancing with the devils Jerome L. Levine et al…Holland & Knight do not give a shit about you or your people…

Your tribe’s best interests are not Holland & Knights’ best interests…

Feds have always owed your people "recognition", land, homes, etc. All lands have always been stolen  tribal lands. It is shameful that America has taken all these intentional years to "recognize" what was stolen from the first people of Massachusetts

Holland-Knight are corporate raiders of Indian tribes...they and the state are not your selfless benefactors of justice...they are now your puppet masters.

Monteau is warning you of what has come before you…pay heed.

Think of Monteau as an insider who knows the ins and outs of schemes; dirty tricks used against Indians.

p.s. Beware Ernie Stevens….circus master of deception.

"This is another good opportunity to remind tribal leaders that the Court just isn’t interested in Indian issues."

"American Indians should think about that before they talk to their Senators or whomever.
Second, and less important, more evidence about how the Supreme Court’s clerks think about Indian law. On page 54, Toobin repeats what everyone knows — the clerks think of Indian law cases as “dogs.” I guess it’s an improvement from when Justice Brennan called the Indian cases “chickenshit” in The Brethren. This is another good opportunity to remind tribal leaders that the Court just isn’t interested in Indian issues. The Court largely believes it’s obligations in Indian affairs are to make sure that tribal governance doesn’t unduly affect nonmembers and to make sure Interior doesn’t go too far in supporting tribal interests."

Others were going to be brought before the tribe....

Raymond Basquez and Ronald Rivera(sp?) were on the next list of criminals to be brought before the tribe.

Now, Mark Macarro is not going through with his duties to the tribe to protect them from harm and possible closing the casino down for criminal acts.  How long is he going to protect the levias (sp) line...till the reservation is liquidated?"Sept 11,2012  11:08 AM

Pfft! You have the balls to brag... " I received this beautiful commendation from Jim Battin & the California Senate for helping raise over $5mil for the victims of 9/11. It's one of my proudest possessions." Hmm...leave it up to crooked Jim Battin to put lipstick on fellow pig! Cahoots! Cahoots!

Nothing beautiful about your stealing from your own blood relatives and bragging  about that too!
