Where is ACLU? Where is NARF? Where are all the rich lawyers who made a Denver mint off of representing gambling tribes? They ought to have time on their hands to step up to the plate and take this horrendous civil rights injustice to task. Looks like a ripe ICRA Habeas Corpus lawsuit against the Tribe. Where is "Idle No More"? Guess they are off "Idling More and More." If facts are true, this is not sovereignty but the taliban hiding under the protection of tribal sovereign immunity.
