. Pechanga railroading a group of Indians without due process...and...at the same time illegally 'enrolling' non-Indians.

Hmmm...seeing that picture triggered a memory. Actually it was the date.
Remember the court date?
The 2nd date?
The next day, there was a tribe/media event at UCLA.

What was ironic about that event was the fact that there were several humans sitting behind me talking about being enrolled by Pechanga. These people were not Indians;Pechanga descendants. Apparently, it was going to be a 'business arrangement.'

I tried not to be obvious, however, when I addressed the audience, I noticed a craggy white man sitted behind two swarthy 'pharisees.'

Now, I thought that was so strange. Pechanga railroading a group of Indians without due process...and...at the same time illegally 'enrolling' non-Indians.

The other irony is that the 'enrollment committee' itself was rigged with illegally enrolled who would not be able to prove descendancy.

To top that off...Russell Gerard Murphy was smug as hell; his imposture known by all but safe. How's that for injustice?
